Im Getting some UK Spec Brakes for my JAP TT im running 18" wheels I know there is no problem with the Diameter of the UK disc's fitting but any idea's what the diffrence is between width of the Jap Caliper and UK one ive got about 20mm clearance with Jap caliper fitted and vertical edge of the wheel, Any ideas would be a great help, dont wana buy uk brakes to find the 4 pot calipers hasnt got enough clearence?????:conf: :stupid:

Loads of people have asked this, try searching for 'UK Brakes'.
The only way to be sure is to try your wheels on a Supra with UK spec brakes...

Hi and welcome to the BBS.
The clearance really depends on the profile of your existing wheel, 20mm sounds OK but you should check. There may be a Stevenage meet in the near future so you could compare with some UK wheels there. If not Stevenage, then we have a meet on the first Thursday each month in Holywell about 6 miles off the A14, 10 miles west of Cambridge.

Yeah, ive heard that they fit no problem but niggles in the back of my head keep wondering, iv eorderd them now so its probally to late, Ive only had the car 2 weeks looking forward `the meets,
