Pipe needed

Throwing this in here as I need this badly A.S.A.P(also in 'WANTED' section too, to avoid flaming)

Piece of 3"(3.5"?) Stainless pipe, 3 inches long.
Measures 10 Inches circumference.......

Anyone got something kicking about or old piece of an exhaust etc.....
Even one of you exhaust chaps got something I can use(new/used)?

Or recommend someone/place?

I'll pay of course, pipe/delivery etc......
