Just a couple of quick questions

Which Oil should i use ??

And

Which plugs ??

If you look at my profile it tells you all the mods
ive done if it makes a difference

Oh and it done 54k miles dunno if that makes a difference ??

hi mate id'e use silkolone 10/50 oil and denso ik 24 plugs hope this helps

Silkolene Pro 10w50 mate, or Royal purple 10w40, i can reccommend both, both are fully synthetic.

I use the 10w50 - Silkolene Pro S oil and the NGK - BKR7E Plugs gapped to 0.8mm
