View Full Version : miss firing problem HELP!!

alright people il tell u the scenario i started my car this morning and it sounded a little dodgy then a 100 yards down the road it started doing a miss firing type symtom.
Havn't checked anything at the momont as its in getting a spray job. Just wondering if anyone else has had this sort of thing, the only thing im dredding is it being the cambs does anyone have any idea of the costs on that sort of job?? cheers for any help!

Can't see why it'd be the cams unless you've been working on the engine. The technical bods are going to need a lot more information than that, does it happen at wide open throttle? Any particular revs? Was the car warmed up? Any modifications? Is it a TT?

Just realised that this is a 3 day old thread, also it's in Non-supra technical.... are you talking about your Supra or another car?

yeah mate check if its your coil plugs. Ive got the same problem!
