D8MOA Posted June 12, 2006 Share Posted June 12, 2006 my mate is one of those people who what ever he has is the best!corolla gti,fzr400 (haha) all kick arse apprantly! and hes got a mr2 turbo now! well i was in another mates vectra which hes got as a loan car at the moment and i was playing with the mr2 turbo,i was sitting up his arse pushing him round roundabouts and stuff, his excuse was erm erm i didnt no u was going to do it, my gear nob fell off blah blah BUT what really takes the piss is he tells everyone standerd mr2's beat TT supras!!!!!!! what a knob!! all dueto hes seen a video on 94octane.com! i think someone on the forum should show him what a TT can do to a MR POO Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Angarak Posted June 13, 2006 Share Posted June 13, 2006 I had a 91 Corolla GTI (AE92 model) before I got my Supra. I have to say it was a great car with plenty of poke for a 1.6, and it handled like it was on rails (modded suspension). If I was as confident in my Supra of taking bends like I could in my Corolla GTI I'd be very happy ..but getting back on topic, yep your mate is a muppet for saying stock MR2's can take Supe TT's.
