Can RLTC interfere with the speedo operation?

I wondering if my speedos lack of response up to about 5-10 mph is to do with a RL setting. RL doesn't work until 14kph which would put it in the 5-10 mph range.

Any thoughts?

Release the handbrake quicker.

No it does not under normally fitted conditions.

It's the normally fitted conditions bit that has me thinking. Tomorrow I will try with RL switched off to see if it has any effect.
