Robbo Posted June 12, 2006 Share Posted June 12, 2006 Does anyone know if there is anyway i can keep my electric aerial down (or half way down) when my radio/cd player is on? Reason is i have changed head unit and the aerial stays up even when im listening to a CD and i think it looks horrible. Someone has told me to get a bee sting aerial fitted to the back of the roof but that would mean removing the old one and then filling the hole it leaves in the body work. My b/f on his Skyline can switch a button and the aerial only goes half way up but i cant see a buttom like that on my car. Sorry if this thread sounds dumb but i think when the aerial is up it makes the car look dated (like an 80's style car). Can anyone advise??? letmeshowyou Posted June 12, 2006 Share Posted June 12, 2006 don't think there was anything as standard - theres no reason you couldnt put a switch in the remote wire so you can tell it if you want it to go up or not tho.
