Back by popular demand
For Thursday 20th July 2007. Provisionally booked.
Good Warm up To the JAE event :d :d :d
Just been speaking to Daytona outdoor go kart race track in Milton Keynes for round 2 Supra meet up for a night race at there outdoor track for Thursday 20th July just think it will be a great night out.
Race that that i was looking at was the D60 which consist of useual breifing followes by 10 mins practice & then 60mins of there twin engine 70mph race karts what fun heh
They have plenty of parking within there own complex so parking no problem Price will be £70.00 per person all inclusive.
Hopefully weather will be fine but if wet race still goes on.
What i will need is money to me in full 7 days before race as i will have to pay 5 days before the event reason being incase anyone pulls out i will suffer the full cost of that person.
Time for race will be 8PM so i reckon we get down there for around 7ish
So I reckon within the next couple of weeks see if we can raise 20 of us as 20 is the minium & 30 is the maxium & let's have a great night out.
All drivers have to be over 16 years of age

Just paid daytona the 50% deposit they require & will pay balance on the night for our karting event once again thanks to all those who are coming & making this happen & will be looking forward to see all of you next thursday night try all to make it there for around 7 pm as at 7.30 that want to do there breifing & hope that we have all a great night.

Just got back home people and like to say thank you to all who attended for a wicked evening out, big shout to the man Lui for organising it and me and my bro had a excellent time...on the racing front a lot was expected from me but i was out only to have a laugh and boy did i get it, after running half the race with one engine before coming in and the guy firing it up was then sent flying across the scenary about four times by you guys....you know who you are :D was to be expected anyway but had such a great time out there....hope you guys all got home safe and im sure you've each got your race dramas to tell :D Cheers Bobbeh for the drink mate!!

Sore, oh so sore! Once again a great laugh. Cheers lui. My kart had no brakes when we started so i had to have them fixed. Got 1 qualifying lap in. :( Still qualified in 4th though! :) First lap of the race got spun out so dropped to 17th. Spent the whole 40 laps makin my way through the field and ended up in 2nd only to be t-boned by jaimep! Funny as feck though. Finished 4th. :d Most amusing waving at Sabrina every time i went passed. She was out for a sunday drive bless her. :)

I was in proper hysterics after you t-boned me. For about 10 laps, everytime i came to the last bend i could see you disapearing round turn one but you were getting closer, and closer. I was in proper hysterics after you t-boned me. For about 10 laps, everytime i came to the last bend i could see you disapearing round turn one but you were getting closer, and closer. Finally got passed you and just as i was congratulating myself on being a legend.....SMACK! And as you carried on up that back straight you turned round bouncing all over the place. Could tell you were sniggering. :rlol:

Didn't come out too bad did they. Bet there were some real bad ones too. I got a few with my camera and video camera but both batteries died VERY soon :D
