camber, camber, camber....

Ok had my new shoes fitted on the rear yesterday (SportContact 2's) and although the tyre fitter chaps thought the camber was ok and that the tyres didn't look to uneven on wear - I’m still sceptical (the last F1's did 6000K). A few of you have told me you are getting even wear from tyres and I like the sound of that (save £££’s :D ).

So the question, what should the camber be? – I’m a bit of a numpty on the subject but I understand that the idea of camber is to create cornering grip and it is measured in degrees.

And second where can I get this checked and adjusted? Is it a specialist job?

I thank you
