Radio Locked and needs HELP

What a complete prawn....removed the standard 1993 stock Toyota radio to replace some bulbs in the cd player and forgot about the code. Plugged it all back in after having spent ages repairing the display and now the radio says HELP on the lcd display....is this a removal job and down to my nice and CHEAP(not) toyota garage or are there any techies out there who know of a way around this little problem....I have tried the obvious pressing the two buttons in, to get code up...to no avail.....I know the code...just cant input it

It's a removal and trip to Mr Toyota I'm afraid. Had the same on mine bloody ages ago and it's still like that now!!
