Radio Locked and needs HELP

What a complete prawn....removed the standard 1993 stock Toyota radio to replace some bulbs in the cd player and forgot about the code. Plugged it all back in after having spent ages repairing the display and now the radio says HELP on the lcd display....is this a removal job and down to my nice and cheap toyota garage or are there any techies out there who know of a way around this little problem....

Oh well....no replies...!!! Anway researched this on the web and most companies said take the radio out and send it back to them to be re-chipped.....this guy in Pitsea, Essex said no...leave it in the car....dam it....had already taken it out....and he reprogrammed it through the keys on the radio itself in case anybody else has the misfortune of doing what I did.....DONT REMOVE THE RADIO
