Difficult to get into gears - Corsa

Hi,

My Sister has a 1.4 1998 petrol Corsa.

From cold start the gear box works fine. When It's warmed up it's difficult/impossible to put it into gear. The clutch is not slipping.

Any ideas whats causing it? Dodgy Gear box? Clutch?

Can low gear box oil possibly cause this?

Shall I chuck in some V160? lol;)

I don't know whether low oil would cause it, but I have to admit it was my first thought when I read the problem.
