I'd just buy new ones, they can get condensation in them again once opened unless they're done properly

Its not the condensation its the mouldy type layer that builds up. I know its cos of condenstation but it will happen any way to any light. Refurb would last just as long as a new set, but those ones of Nics look mighty fine!

You could always hold on for a set of jons angel eye lights!

The facelift headlights don't suffer from yellowing like the early ones do, mine are around 5 years old now and look virtually new. They also do not seem to scratch up as easily, so I'm guessing the lens is made from different plastic (probably higher grade of poly carbonate).

I also remember reading a theory that the early model headlights suffer from yellowing more than the late model ones, due to sunlight reflecting off the chrome inner onto the inside of the lens which would promote mould growth. No idea whether there is any truth in this theory though :)

SteveO, if cleaning the outside doesn't tidy them up, follow this excellent guide by Supraloopy to refurb them:

I did this a while ago and my lights look really good now. It's not very difficult and you won't have a problem with condensation provided you take care when putting them back together and use some new sealant.
