testing leds lundercar lights

ive got a set of leds light but there sat in abox for the past year as they were for my old car but never got round to fitting them is there anyway i can check they work before going to all the way of fitting them thanks

yep just connect them to a 12 volt battery. Or pop your bonnet and use one on the car

Plug all the tubes into the control box, give it a 12 volt power source, old battery, jumper pack etc and away you go..! Easy stuff

If they don’t have a built in resistor then you can use a multi-meter to test them (in diode mode). Also, if they don’t have a built in resistor then be careful not to blow them. (i.e 12V will blow them)
