Guest benbigdude
Hi Guys, I have plans to buy a Manual TT when I get back to Bournemouth in September (currenty working in Oz). I was wondering.... 1) Does anyone know of any 'Supra Friendly' garages in the Bournemouth area? 2) What are the service intervals (have read 3000)? 3) Any indication of major services and their costs? Thanks
SimonB
Triton are the garage to use, on the airport industrial estate. Check out the FAQ section for the rest...

SimonB
Or Contact Jurgen on here who will import one to your specificational requirements. Think he meant for servicing rather than buying. Triton don't really sell cars (they do import a few Scoobies).
Mike
Oh, in that case; 1. Down the road a bit from Bournmouth but ToydaTech in Fareham do all my service. 2. Service intervals are recommended at 6k I think (I do mine on 8k) 3. A service at Toyda is £130 for an A (minor) and £190 for a B (major) - again, I think! The major service is all fluids replaced. Whitesupraboy2
i cant recommend triton enough, when i had my aux tensioner break, the guys were great with the car. Knew exactly waht they doing and reasonably priced. They will let you get the parts as well and just charge labour. I had clutch fitted there £160 labour and i got the clutch. Nice guys too
Tom
If I was you I'd stay right where you are in OZ! are you on a years working visa?
Guest benbigdude
Thanks for all the replies. After Evo 8 ownership and 4500 service intervals things sound alright! are you on a years working visa? I used up that lucky token 4 years ago. I work for a company with a few offices round the world, they asked me to do a year out here. (The wife says we are on a working holiday - I work, she is on holiday!) Looking forward to coming home though, my Nissan Patrol does not quench all my car needs!
