Tweeter Removal/Replace ??

Yeah, it's a nightmare getting the originals out!!! Probably easier to stick components in the doors.

is it worth the hassle of replacing them with component tweeters? i was thinking of puting them in my Boot Lid Trim/Panel

I'd stick your component tweeters in but don't bother taking the stock ones out.
