A black Volvo saloon (not into Volvo's so I don't know makes and models of the swedish tanks) WJ 52 WFK. He pulled me for undersized lettering on my number plates and was decent about it, although he did stop to let me out into the flow of the traffic before pulling me;). I've seen him operating on the M5, A38 and in and around Plymouth.
