Wonky steering wheel question..

I got a couple of tyres put on the front a while ago... when I gave them the car the steering wheel was perfectly straight.. when I got it back it's twisted to the right... no problem with the actual steering but the wheel annoys me loads as I can't hold it properly, it's always on an angle..:banghead:

Is that just the way they've done the tracking?

This happened ages ago on my Astra and when I took it back to the garage (Kwik Fit) and asked them to straighten it the bloke got really arsy and said it was like that when they got it...?! and then they took it in, told me it was sorted but actually made it worse.. tw@ts..

Is it that hard to correct??

I know how finicky you lot can be so I have no problem airing my petty annoyances....!! :D

Yes it's due to how the tracking was done. It shouldn't be like that. It should be easy enough to redo properly. I presume they didn't advise that one side was seized or owt like that?

And, you're not being finicky - having a wonky steering wheel is bloody annoying!
