O/D Light Flashing

Hi people, sometime's when Im driving slong the road in my GZ TT Auto Import the O/D light begins to flash on my dash for no apparnt reason. Im not pushing the O/D button on the selector and the car still goes in to O/D even with the light flashing.
Has anyone had this problem before or knows what it means?

Faulty or badly fitted speedo converter usually. Check for stored error codes in the ECU (Do a search for instructions) - probably Error #42 : Speed Sensor

If it's not that it could be the output from the Odometer has failed.

I had that exact problem over the weekend, took the dash apart and found a dry joint on the Speedo converter.
Re-soldered it and know flashing light is no more. :)

I've had this problem forever. Installed a THOR TSD and still there, so I think I botched the install or the unit is bad. One more thing I have to do next week. Dude, do a search on your post title. You will find loads of info on it.

Ok ,thanks folks, but my car is more or less standard and its not been de-limited yet, or maybe someone has had a go at doing it as more or less every time I get to 180KMH I get the little red triangle and check enginle light coming on aswel.
