Christian
What I really want is something that will provide a data feed like the Datron output we got from the JTuner event at Bruntingthorpe, so I can work out what's happening in a drag 1/2 mile and work out what bits need improvement. I've had this bookmarked for a while; http://www.roadtune.co.uk/dynostar.shtml I quite fancy one but don't want to pay £250+vat. I already have a bluetooth GPS receiver, so does anyone have any idea of any software I could get that will do the logging, distance calculation etc.? CD. MrRalphMan
A standard GPS system isn't fast enough to the data required to log performance. You get an update every 1 second from a GPS until. There are plenty of freeware software packages that will log this data or examples on the NET if you want to roll your own.
