Guys,

no the better weather is coming, I want to get the wheels looking shipshape.

At the moment, although I clean them often, I and getting water spots on them.

No I can get them almost away with a lot of elbow grease, but what metal polishes can you recommend to use to get them coming up clean again?

Thanks,

Paul

be carefull using any metal pollish if they are lacquered as it will bugger them up.

i would try some car pollish (autogylm super resin pollish) first, that should shift the water marks

I used Meguiar's Hot Rims All Wheel cleaner from time to time to shift stubborn marks, as it's one of the few products on the market that is safe for those wheels, then Meguiar's NXT Metal Polysh (has fancy polymers in it hence the name) to get rid of any ground in marks and then Swissol Autobahn wheel wax for long lasting shine and protection.

Of course, now that I have gunmetal wheels, I don't even clean them ! :p
