New brakes arrived

Finally got my new brakes, KAD 6 pots with new discs for the front and 6 pots for the rears that will utilize the stock disc. Hopefully they perform as good as they look. ;)

Just a shade over £2200, that includes:

 

Front 356mm front conversion kit with discs,pads,fluid,braided hoses,bells & brackets.

 

Rear 6 pot billet alloy caliper to fit with UK/USA spec turbo std rear discs.Kit includes 2 calipers,2 mounting blocks,pads,mounting kit and braided hoses

I think the 356mm will be up to the job. I did not see the point of adding £500 more to the total. I mean how much better can the 378mm kit be then the 356mm kit... :)

 

£500 for 44mm extra sounds a bargain ;)

Haha, don't make me start kicking myself.... :D

 

Another reason why I did not go with the 378mm is they are floating discs and if I remember Sarjo's post not too long ago they make some pretty loud clanking noises when pottering about the town. ;)

 

 

Jamiep, they do them in any color you like I believe...

It's only my offside after investigation thats rattling, so when I get the car back, going to strip them down and re-adjust which I've been told should do the trick :search:
