Anonymous poll time.

As I spend most of my daily driving off boost I'm seriously thinking of going for Sainsburys SUL.

I'm sick of paying through the nose for Optimax.

I bet I'm not the only one thinking this either. So, vote away.

Im no expert but i thoght imports were meant to run on 99ron, sainsburys sul is 97. uk spec 5tt are made to run on 95. so if im right i would have thought n/a driver would need to use higher octane fuel than "uk" tt. yes or no?

theoretically maybe, but it's A LOT safer for a jspec N/A owner to use SUL than a jspec TT owner.

**wait to be told i'm wrong**

I don't think it really matters.. when I bought my N/A I 'did the right thing' and ran it on Optimax for a few months... then couldn't get for a while, used normal unleaded and hey, no difference what so ever....

This petrol thing goes on and on....

wasn't there an article recently that said Tesco99 was rubbish..?
