Another headlight recomendation thread

Right well after a search there only seems to be a couple of recomendations as to what bulbs to get.

Now i have UK lights on a jap car so will be needing 9006 bulbs.

now "Philips Premium 9006" have been recomended in the past, as too the blue visions but they are standard wattage. From experiance, i have replaced stock bulbs on other cars with named stock wattage bulbs (admitably ring bulbs, but) i wondered why i even bothered!

I would be interested in seeking some higher wattage bulbs such as These HB4/9006 Extreme White 80W or Off Road / Rally HB4 9006 Headlight Bulb - 12V 100W which strngely all seem to be cheaper than stndard wattage bulbs, ive never understood that

Anyways, am i going to cook anything if im running 80 or even 100w of light?

Does anyone else have a recomendation?

Do a search for powerbulbs on the forum i got us a discount to save you some cash and you get free sidelight bulbs with each order.

I went for blue vision and it definatly made a difference i could tell. But if after better lighting go for the philips ones that give 30% more light and it states on their website if compatable with plastic headlights.
