one of my auto cooler pipes goes off to the side, I havent taken the bumber off so i cant see where it goes either. Was curious to that and also the size of the auto cooler section and weather it could be used for anything else, eg engine oil.

the one that goes off to the side goes to a cooling rad in the passenger side air duct. i wouldn't bother using the coolant radiator for engine oil but maybe the rad in the air duct

now for the silly question, if 1 pipe from the autobox goes to the bottom of the main rad, the other to a little rad at the side, where are the returns?

iirc. there are two pipes (feed and return) run along side the engine under your turbo, the feed pipe goes to the coolant rad then back out through the oil rad then returns back to the auto box via the hard pipes under your turbo. i hope you get that, im not very good at explaining things:D
