i'm guessing that'll be the front mount at a guess, the higher the rpm range and higher speed your getting too the more air your getting through the intercooler increasing boost pressure, i may be wrong but i get similar

I'm fairly sure that the boost will rise in the higher gears due to the increased load on the engine - mine does anyway :) Get just under 1 bar in first, spot on 1 bar in second, and just over 1 bar in third.

Obviously the air temp may be making a difference too ;) Unless you use a boost controller it's a bit of a gamble how much boost you'll make IMO.

is this right, when i boot it and the 2nd comes on line it hits .9bar then eventually 1 bar and today i was blessed with 1.1bar at about 5900 rpm....should this happen or should it go straight to the max?

Sounds normal

The max boost pressure will vary slightly depend what gear you are in and what load the engine is under. In 1st and 2nd you may only see around 0.9-1 bar, in 3rd upwards you should see a higher reading
