Make sure that you have the latest Windows Media player and the latest Quicktime player installed. Make sure that you give the video enough time to load, it may take a few minutes. If the video still does not play, the video may be encoded with DIVX or another custom codec. Mac users must use the latest OSX, Internet Explorer, and install all the latest players. Even then some of the Windows media may not work on your Mac. The Flash animation does not play. Make sure that you have the latest Flash player installed.
