The reason I ask is that the person I bought the car off says he ran the car at 1.3 bar, and ran a 10.58 sec run at santa pod. But the car still has the 1st cat! Im confused as he says he has slips to prove it, but I thought you could only run 1.1 bar with the cat in place? I certainly cannot get to 1.2bar, let alone 1.3! Tom Posted March 30, 2006 Share Posted March 30, 2006 Gaz I've gotta say that I did wonder when this went up for sale as it said blisteringly quick so I was suprised to read the other day that you have one of the cats in and nope there's no way stock tubbies would manage that time, even low 12's would be realisticly out of range and 1.3bar is too much for j-spec tubbies anyhow, any chance they are hybrids though? Seems the guy who sold me the car is rather "creative" with a few things. He then had the cheek to say I don't know how to set the car up properly. Some people eh?
