I know it is in relation to bigger singles but majority power at 4k is still too high for me! Would cams sort this out? If I'd ever gone single I'd prefer spooling as early as possible even if it meant reducing power at the top. [/negative] Good result though. I gotta come back to Supras and get a single one day. Alex Posted March 28, 2006 Share Posted March 28, 2006 Guys this is going through an auto box....you can't dyno it like a manual...and the losses are greater. Because Burt can't roll on in 5th (1:1) from 1500rpm he can't benefit as much from the spool. But IMO...if he's running 264/264 cams the exhaust side of the turbo is being a little restrictive. I'd guess that going from the .68a/r to the .84 would yield more power but with the loss of spool. It maybe that the map is conservative?
