My HKS SSQV turned up today, in just 4 working days. Got it for the best price going, very easy to deal with and fitted it in a matter of minuites.

If anyone is thinking about dealing with Nic i recomend you do :)

so are these better than stock ones?

are they louder than stock or not really any louder?

does it matter if its auto or manual still have the same effect?

The stock blow off value is silent, as it recirculates the air back into the system, rather than releasing it to atmosphere.

The HKS SSQV blow off valve gives no added performance over stock, but produces a loud whistle/psshhh sound between gear shifts, which some (myself included) kinda like :)

They work exactly the same on an auto or manual.

Stock ones give off an everso slight pssssst, after market ones are more pronounced :)
