Hello guys,
Im thinking or organising a little bit of a get together in the next few weeks after discovering there are a few members up this way who would be up for a little bit of a meet.
I have a friend who is into snapping photos of everything that moves with a fancy camera. Ive spoken to him in the past regarding borrowing him for n afternoon to take a couple of snaps of my car. Im faily sure i could bribe him to do my car and a few others :)
Now i found myself a nice location today up by the hythe as per this thread: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=60994 maybe would could meet there, snap some pics, maybe try another location and then grab a bit would eat?
who would be interested? once i get some idea of numbers then i can be
a tad more specific as to where we can go, dates and times :)

Oh yeah.... TT's are so last season ;) i should be there for this. very much doubt that i wont take the opp to show off my baby. Even though i cant boost lol!
hi my name is chris i picked up my supra yesterday (10th march). its done to the dogs you know whats and im now looking for something to do with it. any ideas? Supra has c west front bumper and apexi carbon fibre rear wing with dream factory carbon fibre bonnet. toyota option side skirts and rear valance panels with "on time"rear visor. wheels are work meister split rims with 265/35/r18 & 245/40/r18 dunlop sports tyres. theres an OMP suede racing steering wheel, Hks gauges consisting of boost gauge, A sportcomp drag racing rev counter with pre settable shift light. plus 3 others on the passenger side, there is also a apexi boost guage mounted on the dash. the engine bay is T88 33D greddy turbo unit with a large remote racing wastegate, a greddy front intercooler with custom made alloy piping. injectors are uprated with 2 extra injectors plumbled in just before the inlet plenum. the exhust is unrestricted through out with an apexi N1 racing use rear section. there is a super airflow controller and a pre programmable rev limiter. there is also a turbo timer installed, and the clutch is a 3 plate HKS unit. Alloy strut braces are fitted front and rear also. headlights are xenon with additional HID amplifiers. what a beast!!!!!!!!

Lea said she has 2 other models sorted if you want them, and also that there are 2 other photographers also interested in attending this!! (It's handy having a bird thats a model lol So many contacts!!)
Can you let me know on what you think about additional photographers so that she can let them know :)

Lee sounds good, Im happy with the extra models of course. However if the photographers want to attend then we, as a club, would like access to all the pictures in full quality. I know some photographers can be fussy sometimes.

Ok mate, Lea has 2-3 models sorted (as well as herself) :) They will need to have photo access though from your planned photographer!!
However, I think I may have to say to Lea to pass up on the photographers as going by things that Lea has said in the past, then they will not give access to al pics in full quality, as their work is offered as a time-for-print/cd basis, which means they will pick out and edit the best of the photos and forward them to Lea, which she would then forward onto each of you and the other models. In order to receive full access to all pictures in full quality will mean paying the photographers!! lol
So Daman, let me (or Lea) know what you think on the photographers. As I said, if you do allow them, then they will pick out the best pics, edit and return them to Lea and she will then pass them on to you lot :)

Lee, no problems with our photographer passing on all his photos and im sure members here who take snaps would let Lea and co have snaps if they wanted :)
No problems on the photographers comming along, we only want the best pics anyway ;) But i must stress if they are going to allow limited access I want at least 3 snaps of everyones car available in at leat a res of 1280x1024 with no reduction in quality. Last thing i want is for members to turn up and a couple of days latter find that they have no fancy pics available to them.
There are a couple of nice photo locations in close proximity too, so depending on the timescale we maybe able to do a few more after a spot of lunch :)

After finding Dave H on the A12 and following him all the way - thanks mate, we found our way to the meet. People and cars were all great and really good meeting up with all of you that i have not met before :)
Pub had the food i think we all needed ;)

Well i just set up a quick website and have 30mb of space to host stuff. So go here and click on interests then right click save as (http://www.geeza.org.uk) on the link you want to download.

Just got back home from Colchester. Thanks to Daman for organising! :cool:
I had some of my friend with me, they've never been to a carmeet before and didnt't know what to expect. Glad to say they liked it and will be there again next time :)
