Ok mate, hate to do this, but am going to add more fuel.
I paid you for set of lioghts 10th JANUARY,in FULL. Thr first few weeks weren't an issue as I had various problems in my life (see my thread-Does God hate me?). I left a message on your phone 8/9th March telling you that I was off to USA with my step-daughter, and would be back on 24th, after which I expected my lights.Nowt-No PM-nowt.
I then sent you a PM stating that I wanted a refund- Nowt. Ref your post 5th April " all will receive their orders by end of next week". Wheres mine, or are you giving preference to those who haven't paid yet. I seriously doubt that anyone is in the front of the queue before me.

Well ive given up any hope.Orderd in jan,had an apology 2 months back with an offer of free rear lights,i said i would not expect them for free as i felt this was not fair but would except a reduction in price.Asked to have them before japfest got no reply.total waste of my time.

But i've just sent him a text and Jon has told me that mine and two other sets should be ready by next week. Im guessing one of these sets are yours.

Jon you have asked me to post up on here to let others know but really and truely it should be you who should be posting something up as the members who are still awaiting their lights need to hear from you.

Remember you are a trader on here and you need to pay the members on here some common courtesy and appreciate that you need to keep them informed. I am a patient person this is the only reason I have not got frustrated with you but I can't say the same for others.

It is only fair you keep to your word as you have stated on your thread that the turn around time for these lights are a week. If you cannot keep to this statement then please inform members as it is only fair that they know after all they do pay you for the service.

Don't you think he should be on this forum as he trades from it? Me and other members have contacted him through this forum and for him not to be on here to reply to members queries is to say the least a little frustrating, no wouldn't you say?

I agree, but as said you can keep replying to this thread as much as you like! I think you have to agree it is getting you no where, but why not PM your preffered Mod with your complaint/updates of no contact or progress?

They may not be able to help any more to be honest but just incase they do not come into this thread much for updates. (although I think they will be monitoring this very closely)

my last email from Jon was on 23rd May saying he'll get all the outstanding work done that weekend but still no headlights yet :( is he still an active trader?

I met with Lee(Mawby) this weekend and voiced my concerns as i too myself waiting on lights as far back as jan.When i orderd from Jon he said"no problem i have them in stock and will get them out today"Mawby said he was not up to speed with this as Doug (class 1)deals with traders on the forum,however he would try and take a look as to where this is going.Lets just hope my self and the members on here are sorted sooner rather than later.

i tend to leave that job for the toyota fairy ;)

the chrome is left alone and just masked off, so they have to be in fairy good nick for the chrome rings to be achieved
