gill the biker Posted February 27, 2006 Share Posted February 27, 2006 Had the police round my house till 11pm last night. one of my nieghbours tried to get his clapped out vauxhall into a gap only big enough for a mini. he damaged the paintwork on the bumper on the passengers side by the headlight. he was not going to say he had hit it as he went into his house.(the bas***d) we did not see it but we did hear the big bang as he scraped his car up mine.we called the police at 9pm but they did not come untill 11pm the nieghbour could not deny he had done it as he had scrapes up his bumper too Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If he refuses let the police know that he hit your car and refused to give details. Although you have already spoken to the police, convincing them that you were in the car might be difficult.
