Biggest apologies to all, I am now unable to attend, I would be happy to still arrange it for everyone else but it means that if there is a problem with tickets or anything I wont be there to sort them out (I am at a wedding that day)

I will be looking to re-arrange for a few weeks later. I need to know what people want me to do.

Really sorry but it can't be helped.

As with the last event held here, this promises to be an amazing day out for all the family.

Details:

Parking: We will have full use of the V.I.P carpark, with 24hr CCTV and security guards there for the full day. This is the closet car park to the entrances themselves and I have arranged for this to be included in the total price (so long as the correct amount of people confirm)

Times: We will be allowed entrance to the car park from around 9am, I shall be there at this ime to make sure all the arrangements have been made and tidy up any loose ends, officially the park does not open until 9:30am but I have been assured that our "party" will be allowed early entry (although I don't know how early yet).

Prices: Ok, after a lot of bartering, the park won't budge any more lol.
Prices are £20.70 park entry and queue jumper +£4 VIP car park
(RRP £29.70 + £6 car park)

On the day:
I will endevour to collect all the tickets from the desk when I arrive and hand them out to those who have pre-booked. I will TRY to order some for any that just turn up on the day but no promises on that front so don't turn up expecting cheap tickets (standard price is circa 30 quid).

We will basically have free reign over the park and car park all day.

For most schools this is a few weeks before the summer holidays, so whilst it should be fairly busy it should not be packed as most parents wait till the summer holidays to keep the kids busy.

Anyone who is a member on other boards please help by making a post and asking them to log their interest here (all jap, euro, US sports & performance cars) This is open to ANYONE but I may not be able to assure VIP parking for the 1989 nova 1.1 etc.

Have sourced a decent hotel that can fit us all in if people wish to stay, it's not the cheapest (if you are tight, let me know and I will sort out a shed for you).

Bridal Suite .....£95.00

This includes Champagne Full English breakfast.

If anyone knows a DJ with his own gear then please contact me, for £150 we can have ou own function room and sort a buffet etc. The place is fully licenced.
For those not bringing anyone with you, might be an idea for you to share a twin room with someone, should work out cheap as chips then.

I will not and can not assure you of the safety of your car in a public car park mate, it's just the same as asking the organisers of TOTB to do the same. I can assure you though that supra's will not be the only cars there (I have a friend bringing a 575) and we had a number of expensive/unique cars there last time with no problems whatsoever. The cars which were there attracted the security guards as much as anyone else. We will be in the VIP carpark to the right hand side of the entrance and the parking spaces are wide and last time we took two each anyway.

I hope that makes you feel more at ease.

Guys, going to order the ticket info over the next couple of days, will post up prices etc in a sec. I'll try to sort some accomodation for those that need it too.

EDIT - £20.70 is the current best price pp, I will call their events people tomorrow and see if I can get a better deal again. I think it was about the same price last time but they gave us all the perks of the more expensive tickets (no queing, VIP car park etc etc).

Will keep you updated.

If anyone needs accomodation can you give me an idea of numbers? I will be staying in the alton towers hotel so if others want to then I can try to get a discount on that as well, otherwise I will arrange digs to suit all budgets
