Chicks dig the car...

Maybe they thought it was the Batmobile, maybe not, but I had a weird one tonight while driving through Leeds :)

3 lane road leading up to some lights and I was taking it easy, Nur just ticking along with a nice burble.... then we stopped on the red light and an M3 with limo tints and German plates pulled up alongside. To begin with I was a little worried but then the windows dropped and 4 stunning blonde ladies were leaning out trying to get a better look at the car, very unusual and odd, my mate in the passenger seat was most impressed.

I guess my own tints ensured my gargoyle face didn't scare them off but I reckon the car pulled tonight, bless :more:

Anyway off we both went and the relationship came to an end, makes a change from young kids taking photos on camera phones I guess.

Take it into the City Martin, you are unlikely to get many groupies in your posh little village :)

I kinda, maybe like driving in Leeds a bit too much. Especially late at night. I swear they should have legal street races there. Maybe it could feature in the next Project Gotham Racing.

It does have a rather splendid 'circuit' thanks to the nice wide sections, inner ring road and lovely flowing curves, it's just a shame about the 8ft wide craters and 100's of police

The corner where the 4 lane A61 passes the brewery is a dream for drifting around I hear :innocent:

Is that the right-hander from the retail park end into Crown Point Road? The 135 degree corner? Very late at night you can use all the lanes to get around that very quickly. At least, that's what I hear.

Yes apparently it's around that way ;)

I think 'my friend' meant the one coming out of the centre with the brewery on your right though, you take the right and then Crown Point retail park is on your left?

Ahh that one. That would work. Of course, you'd be fooked if you went a-drifting round that corner and there was a boy in blue sat at the lights you've just drifted across.

In fact, I think you could do both those corners and one at the opposite end in a big triangle. A triangle of driftage.

anyhoo, when you bringing the Supe to any meets? Are you going to be at Squires this month?

I might be at Squires, just need to sort the rear brakes out, it's binding a little and making an annoying noise - parts due Friday morning but I'm lacking the enthusiasm to sit outside in the cold ;)
