Finally got around to making myself a set of these fromthe template kindly supplied on here:woot:

I now have two large sheets of MDF and a router bit sitting in my garage doing nothing so if anyone would like me to make them a set please PM me - I'm only interested in getting back what I paid out for MDF + the router bit so these will be dirt cheap:D

nismo taking the door cars of isnt too bad, just make sure you give yourself plenty of time. There’s a nice box designed by Toyota for the smaller 4" (I think) speakers so if your sticking with the same size speakers then its very simple, neat job overall.

If your going for a larger size speaker then you will need to remove the Toyota box and will probably have to cut a small amount of the door card to ensure the larger speaker cone is completely cleared. This isnt as bad as it sounds and can be cut quite easily with a sharp knife.
