View Full Version : Jeez! I just got two guys arrested who have damaged at least 24 cars!!!
What f*cking scum!!..:complain:
I was in my bedroom this evening when I heard Banging sounds outside. Normally I would be barking like an alsation but I thought it was my neighbour emptying his tools from his van. I thought I'll have a look...I see a bloke kicking in my neighbours car mirror!!!
I ran downstairs and out of the house, By this time he's moved to the street round the corner. I jump into my brothers car and go out to look for him whilst on the phone to the police. He is joined by another numpty. I didn't want them to spot me in case they come back at a later time to damage my supra so I drive up and down, past them whilst on the phone to the police. I saw them loitering about loadsa cars. I then see them pulling and bending the wipers of one of our members (absxxxx) next door neighbours house! I'm so glad abs's Supra was in his garage. They continue to cause mayhem on the next street where the police grab them!:bobby: :more:
I had to make a statement. The cops told me the suspects were drunk. I then had to go back to the area where they caused the damage with the police.
I had thought it was about 5 cars.........They've damaged at least 24!!!! Mainly kicked and broken mirrors and wipers but they have keyed some of the cars too! One car had the window smashed. A few had the panels kicked in. On one of the houses they damaged all the lights on the wall.
I reckon it was those guys who had keyed my brothers and neighbours cars a few months back too.
I might have hopefully caught them on my CCTV camera too. I will trawl through the footage in the morning.
I really felt disgusted looking at the damage on peoples cars :(
I'm so glad they didn't damage my supra
Funny thing is no one came out of their houses..!!! Only one other person had phoned the police. I think in the morning there will be more than a few upset people when they see their cars.
I have to say the coppers dealt with it really well and have noted all the damage to all cars:respekt:
Ro
One of the few times I had better sense than to bring my baseball bat with me!
Although they would have deserved it.
Nice work mate  Terrible that it happened obviously, but at least they caught the w***ers!
Lets hope that if they go to court, the judge is a petrol head with an axe to grind.....

WELL DONE mate!!
any chance you can post names etc of those who did the damage.
I fancy going medieval on someone :(
When something similar happened here 2.5 years ago, I followed them on foot (at a distance, invisible) and found where where the scrote who kicked my mirror lives.
I didn't inform the police though, in any formal complaint I believe that he would then know who I was. Even 'informally' I'd then be top of the list if someone was to hurt this guy's feelings.
He hasn't done it since, even though I've seen him walk past a few times (usually drunk Fridays or Saturdays).
It's a dish served cold.:)

both of my neighbours cars have had there wipers and number plates broken.
i guess i was just lucky that i moved my car from the drive to the garage tens mins before it happened.

would like to use them for kendo practice:whip:
Nice one chap
(Did the police check if you were on hands free ?) were you ?
Thanks for the kind words guys. :)
One of the cars is a modded celica (not to my liking!) but it's obviously the owners pride and joy....thats had the mirror and mount broken and keyed along the side :(
The police have been great, I just hope the CPS will prosecute them.
Cheers,
Ro

he he he, I told the coppers "and of course I was using a hands free kit", We all had a little giggle!:mobile:

If they had gone near your car abs, I would have taken a 'hands on' approach!
Well done that man, I hope these guys are forced to pay for all the damage and get a kick right up the ass.
Excellent.

:D Funny, but infuriatingly true.
Good work dude - hope the scum get the book thrown at them.
This may sound slightly over cautious but shouldn't this be in members only - just incase they find out who told the police?
Probably me being paranoid an' that....
From my experience the cops tend to 'leak' the punter's name anyway.
Somehow they try to make a point, maybe that they don't like people who add to the crime figures of their patch.
Think about it: more physical work for them, even more paperwork and no extra cash.
No glory either, the punter caught the scrotes, the cops moved in because they had no choice.
Cynical or Realistic?
I don't want to piss on anyones parade, but I once got three scrotes caught red-handed, housebreaking - actually in their victims house (our neighbour...would've been our house but for a stroke of luck!). Had to do the whole statement thing, CPS wanted me as prime witness, blah blah blah.
Got a letter a couple of months later saying the whole thing had been dropped! FFS!!! Happens all too often.
Anyway, I still get loads of satisfaction from seeing a huge police dog jump clean over a six foot wall, almost on top of one of the burglars - he almost jumped out of his skin!!!

No extra cash??? Coppers can pull £80K /year with the overtime the paperwork creates!!!
I almost want something like this to happen round here - that'd be a good excuse to get the Katana down for a clean! :p
Well done mate.... wish you lived in our road...
:urock:
:respekt: Good work fella :)

Good work! I have no faith in our justice system and wouldnt be suprised if they get away with it. But whats the point in going around causing damage to cars its just so pointless.
sometimes it's just scrotes who are on the dole, so even if they get convicted and are forced to pay damages, they only lose a few quid per week maximum.
...and they may come back later on to show their gratitude, you never know....
In my case they were 'professionals' just kicking and keying whatever was in their way. They live a few hundred yards away actually, the one who kicked my mirror had a nice car as well parked proudly in his driveway.

You know this really f**ks me off.
Our piss pot policing system will give them a slap on the back of the hand and send them on their way.
Oh and whilst your at it boys, heres a few therapy slots we want you to go on "dont worry, we will pay for transport costs, loss of earnings, and provide refreshments, then you wont do it again will you"
So in turn, were all paying for them to damage our cars! work that one out!
wankers:complain:
Some did this in our street one drunken night, kicked the rear panel in on my old Astra, police caught him, CCTV the lot, i didn't ge a penny and the case was dropped :(
Good work fella ! Although I don't think I could of helped myself from fetching some sort of torture instrument :boxing:
These kind of people need castrating, it may calm them down a bit ?
Nice one Ro :respekt:
When are you gonna start patrolling Dunstable then?

Cynical.
Try applying a bit of thought yourself, John.
The person erporting the crime isn't the one who is adding to the crime figures FFS. The @rseholes doing the damage are the people doing that. As soon as the victim reports the damage in the morning, the crime figures go up.
When someone reports the crime in progress and they get there in time to catch the muppets, it goes down as a detected crime - which is what the Police want isn't it???
The Police depend on the public calling stuff like this in to them. They aren't waiting on every street corner waiting to catch someone on the off-chance!
As for trying to 'leak' the informants name - get real. (But no doubt it's happened to you.... )
Forgot to say - Good work Ro.
Hope those in the streets around you appreciate it.

Didn't happen to me because I avoid involving the authorities. I see it as a sign of weakness (the 'other' side will also see it as such)
It also makes one predictable and eliminates any other response (I'd be the top suspect from then onwards, not smart)
I've seen it happen to others though. Last time it was a lady living 20 yards away. At the time our street was suffering of harassment and petty vandalism from some nice 'children', known-unknown. She reported it to the police and the next day a fire engine was outside my house, they had burnt down her hedge, trees and was about to spread to her conservatory.

So from that, you can safely conclude that beyond reasonable doubt it was the Police that 'Leaked' it.
ok. Just so I'm clear on that.
Good work mate, the world needs more people like you policing the streets! The people who do this kind of thing annoy the hell out of me, I saw someone smashing sides of cars with a traffic cone last year, called the police but the guy only got a caution! About a year before that I saw some guy walking along (on the bonnet and roofs) a line of cars down Old Brompton Road at about 1am, wish I'd reported him too now :(
Out of interest, think u could let us know what punishment these guys get once it's dished out?

I never said that the above is a safe conclusion beyond reasonable doubt.
That's a quick assumption you've made.
(Use your brain. What do you want, specific names + addresses on a public forum?)
Either it was enough to substantiate your claim that the Police 'Leak' names to crimials or it wasn't.
As you made your accusation regarding such 'leaks' earlier in the thread, the assumption naturally follows that it indeed WAS enough to substantiate such a claim or someone as intelligent as yourself wouldn't have made the claim in the first place. No?
I'm sure making accusations without the necessary evidence to back it up would surely not be your style.
Names and addresses not necessary, really. Wouldn't want anything to be 'leaked' here. ;)
...I'm sure making accusations without the necessary evidence to back it up would surely not be your style.
I expressed my view, and clearly marked it as such ("from my experience....")
...and if you think that I would risk being more specific on a public forum, you've gotta be out of your mind:eyebrows:
good one ro :respekt:, once my cusion was stayin at my house and the drunk from down the road was sick over my cusions skyline and when he tryed cleanin it he scratched it, my cusion heard some noises outside (the drunk swearing) he went outside to find the drunk over his skyline, he saw the scratchs and the sick over it and rather then fone the police my cusion sorted him out :boxing:
Vomit can be corrosive and even abrasive, depending on the punter's recent intake of course.
http://www.max-boost.co.uk/stuff/vomit.jpg
I'm sure your cusion mixed the brew in-situ and thoroughly.
I was sick on a cushion once, it never really washed out.
"Sick is Good" as Gordon Gekko would have put it
Sorry to revive this old thread but I thought I'd share some good news.
I was due to attend court at the end of the month for the trial of these two blokes (Who turned out to be brothers). They had about 12 charges each.
I went to my Luton home yesterday to find a letter from the Police to say that the two brothers have now pleaded guilty and I don't need to attend court!
I guess the Police managed to get hold of more evidence than I thought :)
I'm not sure what the sentence would be but I really hope they get more than a slapped wrist. I don't know how the brothers stand in terms of paying back for all the damage?
Cheers,
Ro
They should be put away until they've settled their debts to all the damage they caused!!
People like this really fuck me off. They're probably scum with fuck all else do than damage people property.
If they haven't got the money to fix the damage they should be tied to a post and the agrieved car owners should take turns kicking them in the balls.
They'll get a slap on the wrist and everyone else will have to pay in one form or another (cash/insurance etc).
Peel the fuckers with a hot spoon..!!!
Rant over.

the wa*kers should be flogged and you awarded a medal
well done!

Bit of a paradox though?
Bit of a paradox though?
Not really - it means they'll rot in jail 'til they die. Which is fair enough. :D
Bit of a paradox though?
That is why I said if they haven't got the money, we should take it out of their balls!!!!
I'm with DaveK. Let them rot. They are of no benefit to society are they. Hardly going to be missed, except possibly by the rest of their pissed up, car damaging family....!!
H.
Keep us up to date with the sentencing, though we just KNOW that it's going to be way too lenient, esp now they pleaded guilty

Exactly!!!
You can now get away with pretty much anything as long as you admit it.

In my opinion the pigs only want to know when someone gets hurt, which isnt a bad thing, its just bruises heal, wallets dont.
It must be getting worse, something was on the news last week about a group of thugs in Newcastle damaged about 20 cars in a row by kicking them keying them and smashing the windows, they didnt knick anything just caused damage.
My dad lives on a brand new housing estate and he heard voices last night outside on the front street which is not un usual as they cut through the estate from the local pub, there were 3 lads carrying on with each other, anyway they walked off and that was that. The next morning 5 cars in that street had been kicked, smashed windows and the wing mirrors kicked off for no reason at all and bottles of bacardi breezer and stella lying nect to the cars again nothing had been pinched. My dad has a Skyline and that was locked in the garage thankgod. He is giving a statement i think.
Is this the new craze or something, fu**ing scum bags

Happend to us in Northampton a while back. Good thing I had a gimp car at the time and didnt care lol. They just kicked off the mirrors of all the cars in the street.
Good thing is some old boy saw them doing it and identified them as the new polish people that moved in.Grr.
We started a neighbourhood watch just after. I suggest you do the same :)
