Dodgy it the Monthly meeting on the 2nd monday of the month at Muscrat Manor (the juction just b4 the thelwall viaduct on the Southbound M6 come off there and turn right on the roundabout and straight into Muscrat Manor pub/eating type of place )

Dodgy, like Ian said, it's a jap car meet that happens every month
thinking it might be busy this month with it being the first of the new year? there's half decent grub in the pub too so can have a jar & some fodder whilst not looking at everyone's cars :)

Ian, i hope you're also getting Chris to do some minor mods, i.e. BPU while you're there. It'll only save you going back in about 2 months time :yes:
i wont be able to make it down this month, ive got a shed load of college work to get done for the 10th so will unfortuneatly be typing away all night on the 9th! definately next month though!

Im going and can meet people at the Shell garage at Haydock Island. Thats the junction of the M6 and the A580 (East Lancs). Ill be there from about 7 if anyone wants to meet me. Let me know before hand cos if no one wants to ill go straight to Mascrat.

as usual, work is getting in the way of the things i would like to be doing grr
one of my projects is going live at about 5.15 on monday night so i'm 50/50 on whether i'll be able to get down now, depending on how well things go
hoping to still make it, just a bit later on, so i'll just meet you all there
Will try to be there at the Shell station Gaz all depends on timings etc will give you a bell nearer the time

Would prob take yo about 20 mins to get from Bamber Bridge to the Shell garage to meet me and then its another 10 mins down the M6. Dont worry about your car being a mess, theres usually a few dirty ones there especiallythis time of year. If you really want to im sure theres a jet wash at the shell as well.
The garage is J23 of the M6 and Mascrat itself is J21. See the map below.

Top night, was really good to catch up with you all. Very impressive turnout from us, and some nice examples of other Jap cars too.
Dane, were you there, I didn't manage to meet you if you were.
Next time however can someone remind me that Preston is North of Warrington. Got confused by the signs and followed M6 Manchester, which took me South (!) Wish the sat nav would warm up faster and latch onto a GPS signal, that way I'm less likely to mess up. Dodgy hope you didn't follow me.

really great night... good to see you guys again... it was about as warm as Blackpool :) .... some nice looking motors there and i think we had one of the best parking spots ... seemed like a big turn out as well for the Supras (not that i have been to many)....
i took a little video... its really poor/out of focus/cold hand shake/ but has a good soundtrack (im no Steven Spielberg)... shows the atmosphere and a range of cars that where there.... best bit at the end when the cops decide to leave following a evo :)
managed a bit of fun on the way home as well with a Beemer... also catched up with a the white supra at the Liverpool turn off :)

Was indeed a great night. Most supras ive seen there in a long while. Think we had 12 in total over the course of the night with at least 9 being there at the same time. Nice to see all the familiar faces, plus a few new ones i hadnt met before (Dane, Pixelfil, Noob, Dodgy etc). Ill be there next month depending on how the sale goes so prob catch ya there.
I did actually end up coming tonight even though it wasnt planned!
Didnt bring Supra though came in the Purple Porsche...and turned up pretty late actually around 9ish, saw about 5 Supras, got a few pics but didnt chat to any1...so sorry maybe next month...

Good meet with lots of supras now got loads of mod I want to do. Just like to say thanks to gaz for coming over and introducing himself. well hope to make the next one and try and stay till the end.

i didnt see the police turn up, must have been inside at that point.
does anyone get a meal while theyre there, just wondering what the food is like as it seems cheap enough!

The police were funny. Trying to move us on like we were a load of Chavs on Sainsburys car park. We tried telling them it was an organised event put on by the pub but they were having none of it. When the pub told em they buggered off pretty quick, apart from one of them who hung around taking pictures of cars, must be busy!!!
Did see your car Rob but couldnt find you to have a chat, is it Storm blue colour, couldnt tell in the dark.
Food is ok in the pub, theres one of them round the corner from me so have eaten there a few times as well as mascrat. Expensive but when you consider you BOGOF it works out ok.
See you there next time hopefully.
definitely glad i still came down after finishing work a bit later than expected
