Battery has gone flat on my car (left interior light on overnight).

Problem is now that I have charged the battery again all is good except the imobiliser on my alarm is not responding to either of my fobs, meaning I can't start the thing :(

Looked at the manual and everything seems to relate to programming the thing with the alarm off!!

Is it a case of needing to get someone out to sort it, or am I missing something straight forward to resetting it to talk to the fobs?

Any help appreciated.
