I got some from Demon Tweeks, not easy to apply when you've got a 3d curve though.

Put it on 'wet' and then you can move it about a bit until it is in the right place. Then dry it off with a hairdryer and get rid of any excess fluid under the film with a felt squeegee that you can get from most vinyl shops. I use this stuff to apply stickers / heli tape.

a credit card wrapped in kitchen roll will do for a squeegee

 

Use warm (not hot) water with a very small amount of fairy liquid
