Id heard of this white Supra kicking about and was looking forward to seeing it and chatting to the owner. Silly me for expecting the usual unwritten rule bonding the Supra fraternity. I was out for a little pootle around and I saw it coming up behind me. Im ready to look but he just drives right past...oh well. I stop behind him at a set of lights and give it a good look. Its a shabby white auto NA, toyota badge half ripped off with facelift rear bumper...that'll be a shunt then. He rips it off the line and I just cruise. I think, what the hell, and pull up beside him and have a chat. Full of the dirtiest looking chavs but I give them the benefit of the doubt... Me: Nice car, what is it? Chav: Can you no read pal, the sticker says...A R P U S Oh dear. At this point I should mention that my car was pretty filthy, just 2 days after a wash.... Me: (Jokingly) I think your car needs a bit of a wash /sarcasm Chav: (Sarcasm completely lost on them) Aw whit man...(and then attempts the pot/kettle/black proverb but completely messes it up) He then nails it off the lights, sounding like a bag of spanners, and comes to a halt at the red light. Me: It might help if you take the handbrake off Chav: Aw whit man! The handbrake was off. Chav: Is that car (mine) one of those Imports....the shite ones. (WTF!) Me: Eh, you know yours is an import too yeah? (auto/NA). I had a good laugh but the sarcasm completly over-heated their 2 brain cells. They'll crash and kill themselves - less of them on the planet is a good thing, and with less Supras about ours will be worth more in the future! Still, at least they are easy to identify as they drive their heaps around in a shit state and thrash em about unlike the more dedicated Supe lovers on here who occassionally clean theirs!! A beat up old escort with the number plate relocated and filler all over the old number plate hole but that's about it a few weeks ago. With all these new cars they get on credit they are getting harder to spot. They might have been chavs to look at and have an attitude problem but what did the car look like, any stupid wheels, loud exhaust, spoilers etc? Why do they do this?? same thing happened yesterday.....some idiot in a renault laguna 1 ft away from my bumper.....I tried to get away while keeping within the speed limit but the guy wouldnt go away...in the end, I nearly slowed down to a halt and bored him to death....
