Getting beneath the rear seats...

The pushy in bit (technical term) of one of my rear seat belts has been jammed down the side of the rear seats, between the seat and plastic trim.

Its wedged so hard i cant pull it out, I cant even get my fingers down there its so tight (that sounds rude)

Any ideas people?

Bottom 'bench' of the seat just pulls out, lift from the front there's a push in plastic retainer on either side of the tranny tunnel on that raised edge, and there are some clips that clip into those retainer bits on the bottom of the seat, just pull it up and the whole section comes forward and up.
