This Decat...do i still need a restrictor ring etc

HI peeps, I know iv previously posted asking what i will need other than this decat iv purchased, but iv found out more and it has led me to a further question:

The people i bought it from say that because its actualy 3'' into 2.5'' downpipe, i shouldnt really need restrictor ring etc! This true? also if i do, where do i get this and how much?

If you do a full decat you'll still need one along with boost gauge , fcd , colder plugs and it's also advisable to get a Walbro fuel pump.
