Guest Mestre
Read before Kick me out of the forum: I'm gathering money to buy a new car and I can't decide betwwen Supra and Eclipse. The point here is money (as always)! I like them both but love goes only to Supra. However I don't know if I can enjoy having a Supra since it seems to me that it is an very expensive car (insurance, gas, rapairs...), and thet's where the eclipse gets a point ahead. My friends say that Eclipse is also a good car, and since I'm not a very good driver, and also not a very wealthy one, I would like some advise from the supra owners. Actualy I ride my Peugeot 106 for about 200 miles per month. I would like to know wich are the normal anual costs of a supra to realise if i can aford one. Ps.: I live in portugal and I would have to import any of them but the registration of the supra would cost me much more than eclipse's! Thanks for any help, a true supra lover, Mestre
hadyn
You wont get many mechanical problems with a well serviced supra. Toyota build quality is 10 times that of mitsubishi too.
suprasport
:ban: only joking mate, but seems that you have already made your mind up on the eclipse, all your going to get on here is how good the supra is, as far as servicing etc. its not that bad as hadyn said the build quality is excellent so you don't have the same repair bills
colsoop
Will you be driving the supra for 200 miles a month ? if so it isn't going to be an expensive car to run.
