heckler
why not just pull the EFI fuses? - put the clifford in "valet" mode then disconnect the battery, when you reconnect - it will be fine.
supra-alex
oh ok, how do i find the valet mode on the fob ? would doing that though reset the ecu anyway ?
Simon
Removing the EFI fuses (for 10 seconds or so) causes the ECU to relearn and in doing so it will 'see' the new fuel. You don't actually have to do this as over a period of about 10-20 miles it will 'see' the new fuel anyway. Removing and replacing the fuses only speeds up this process.
