buying a supra

I have a civic type R at the min and currently lookin around for a supra twin turbo. Just after some advise for what to look for on them, known problems they have and so on. Also after some feedback for what they are like for day to day use. Any info would be a geat help.

certainly have. Always wanted a supra so i thought to hell with it i'll get one. Only thing putting me off is going from a 2004 car to a 10 year old car.

You tend to find for a 10 year old car the quality is very close of a 2004 car! Most of these beasts have seen well under 50k miles and have been the PaJ of the owners. Most of the cars on here haven't seen snow

Right i have found one which is bronze i have been told that this colour is rare is that true or just banter.

I haven't seen many bronze (msb(?)) Supras about I must admit. The simplest and safest way for you to buy a Supra (especially being a local lad) is to speak to Jurgen

been up to vine place they have bronze one in and should get a good price 1 of my mates work there and 1 has worked who is going with on friday to look at the car. Plus get a warranty off them

Vine Place is good but expensive, but if your getting a big discount you should be sorted

they may take my car in part exchange, was thinkin about getting the T88 off jurgen but its gonna be too much power and petrol to drive around normally.

A T88 is a HUGE turbo. I wouldn't fancy using it as an evey day car no lol

Never thought i would be able to get a supra for a couple of years yet coz im 23 but gettin insured for under £800. Less than the civic this year!!!

Blue civic type r???. They dont make them in blue might be one of the s. Only make the type r in red black silver and grey.

within a couple of weeks hopefully, spent alot of money on the civic but always wanted a supra. Some people think im mad but tuff its gonna be my car not theres.

The Bronze is a fairly rare colour in Europe. It is a standard factory paint. More common in America and Japan than Europe. I only know of 5 down south. Good choice of colour

Good to know that what price do you reckon i should expect to pay for a bronze one just so i know i aint being ripped off. 94 plate with around 50k on the clock

I've really got to like the bronze, but many dislike the colour, this can actually mean their prices are lower.

Best to post up the spec and mileage of the car if possible mate. Condition of the paint and body. Any modifications done to it.

Oh and can you get some pics of the car too

94 plate twin turbo with around 50k on the clock. Only mod is lowered body work is mint on it. About all the info i know its up for just under 12k.

Bloody hell, 12K !!

Buy mine, less miles loads of bits, but not too much, if you know what I mean.

One year older and you could get her re-sprayed any colour you want, probably flip paint and still get change out of 12K.
