is my gearbox about to visit the reaper?

having a few probs when trying to kick down, occasionally not working, highly embarassing when your trying to make some boy racer eat dust:p
is my gearbox on the way out?

What speed / revs does it happen at mate? The gears are so long on that gearbox I sometimes find myself 'stuck' in gear when I floor it, too low for serious power, but if it kicked down it'd be too high :conf:

Try fluid level may be low,then change to clean stuff.

Actually that's a very good point.... I'm sure that when I first got my soop it didn't kick down every time you floored it (even when it obviously should have done), but now I never get that problem. :conf:
