White is the fastest. FACT.

Anyway, if you reflect light you are absorbing kinetic energy from the photons, which means they are actively pushing against you, like the soler wind that makes lightsail spaceships possible. If you absorb the light the energy is convert to heat rather than kinetic, so you warm up but don't slow down. There fore black is faster than white.
