You need to find out the actual offset, as the figures he's stated on the advert are not correct. Offset is the distance from the surface against teh hub to the true centre of the wheel, looks like he's just measure the distance to the other edge of the rim in inches which tells you nothing.

 

Also 8.5 front and 10.5 rear is an odd combination, 8.5/9.5 or 9.5/10 would be usual front rear combination. They are 19 so will screw up the handling of the car to. I personally wouldn't fit them on my own car.
