dangerous brain
One of my rubber samco pipes keeps getting blown off at a join point. Its a plastic male joint piece and despite aralditing it before I re-tightened it last time it blew off again. Anyone know where I can get a metal male intercooler pipe joiner? Dragonball
Have no idea what you are talking about - however may I suggest a couple of self tapping screws through the silicon into the joiner usually helps!
TLicense
Too much boost eh Brian? Which tubes/pipe is it you're trying to get to stay together?
dangerous brain
the one that goes off the turbo manifold that joins the one that goes down the drivers side to the intercooler at that joint at the top of the engine bay drivers side. Self tapper huh? I was thinking silicon sealant. Might do both today. Its "only" boosting to 1.2 bar

dangerous brain
I've put some stuff on it that we use for sealing and bonding framework on aircraft. If that don't work I'll look for some of this here sikaflex. It looks like the plastic linking double ended male fitment that joins the two samco pipes is collapsing when I do the jubilee clip up. If it goes again I will roll a sheet of aluminium and support the inside of it as well as use this sikoflex stuff.
